You’re not broken - You’re working with an incomplete map

If you’re exhausted, anxious, bloated, foggy, wired-but-tired… and every doctor visit ends with “everything looks normal”… I just want to say this plainly:

You’re not crazy. And you’re not broken.

You might simply be trying to solve a whole-ecosystem problem with one-body-at-a-time solutions.

That’s what I call the plateau problem: you do the right diet, the right supplements, the right practitioner… you feel a little better… and then you stall. Or slide back. Or your symptoms get worse, from runny nose after you eat to chronic sinus infections, from bloating and gas to Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO), from belching to h. Pylori taking root in your stomach lining.

And then you start wondering at 3am, “Is this just aging? Is something seriously wrong? Why am I the only one who can feel that something is off?”

I made a full video teaching this concept in depth—watch it here if you want the full transmission: Pilot Episode: Ritual and Science.

The real issue: you’ve been given incomplete solutions

Most wellness systems do one of these things really well:

They either focus on your biology (labs, protocols, supplements), or your psychology (mindset, therapy), or your spiritual connection (meaning, purpose), or your energy (field, imprints, coherence).

But you? You are not one piece. You’re a living, breathing, multidimensional ecosystem.

I call it your Inner Ecosystem—and it includes four bodies in constant conversation:

  1. Physical

  2. Mental–Emotional

  3. Spiritual

  4. Energetic

When one body is ignored, it doesn’t just “stay isolated.” It tends to hijack the others.

And that’s why so many women—especially midlife women—feel like they’re doing everything and still not arriving.

The symptom spiral

Let’s name it with compassion and a little humor, because if we can’t laugh, we’ll cry:

You wake up tired… even after sleep.
Your digestion is unpredictable (or loud).
Your mind races, your body buzzes, you’re in a stress response you barely notice anymore because it’s become your baseline.
Brain fog makes you question yourself mid-sentence.
Hormones start doing the cha-cha.
Weight changes—up, down, confusing.
And the worst part? You go get bloodwork and you’re told you’re “fine.”

That experience—being “fine on paper” while feeling like you’re disappearing in real life—is a specific kind of lonely.

The Four Bodies Framework (your Inner Ecosystem)

1) The Physical Body (structure + chemistry)

This is your tissues, organs, glands, nervous system, brain, fascia—your entire biochemical symphony. This is where minerals, gut function, hormones, movement, circadian rhythm, and functional labs matter. And here’s one of my favorite blunt truths:

You can’t meditate your way out of a magnesium deficiency. Meditation is beautiful. Profound. Nervous-system supportive. But if your physiology is depleted, you still need to rebuild the foundation.

One of the simplest “entry points” I use with women is mineral testing, because minerals are the spark plugs of metabolism—and stress tends to deplete them fast. If you want the most grounded starting point I offer, it’s the Body Wisdom Mineral Analysis™ (HTMA). Rebuilding your mineral balance will have an effect on every metabolic function in your body. Every one. And the idea is “low and slow.” It takes time to rebalance your mineral levels, so take the test, find out your patterns of deficiency and start supplementing before you jump in to other labs. Minerals are the foundation to your health.

2) The Mental–Emotional Body (neural networks + stories + unresolved emotion)

This is the realm of beliefs, roles, trauma triggers, and thought loops. You old neuronetworks keep your body stuck in old patterns. You have to develop new thought patterns to overcome this. When your brain is stuck replaying the past, your nervous system often stays in protection mode. Your body then receives the message: “It’s not safe to rest.”

And when it’s not safe to rest… it’s hard to digest. Hard to sleep. Hard to repair. Hard to heal. It doesn’t matter how many supplements you take. If you brain is wired for stress, you’ll stay in a stress response.

3) The Spiritual Body (meaning + nectar + connection)

This isn’t religion. This is your connection to something larger than you—purpose, integrity, beauty, gratitude, community, belonging.

When your spiritual body is online, your system often settles. Your brain softens. Your breath deepens. You remember you’re not alone.

I like to use the hummingbird as metaphor: it goes where the nectar is. So I’ll ask you the question your spirit is already asking: What is the nectar in your life… and are you following it?

4) The Energetic Body (field + imprints + coherence)

This is the most delicious and most misunderstood layer. Your energetic body includes your field, your energy centers, your pathways—your “non-local” architecture.

And here’s the key point from the episode: the energetic body can hold imprints—like little coded programs.

It’s like double-clicking an app on your computer. When an imprint gets activated, it launches a whole cascade—stress response, old neural networks, mineral depletion, symptom flares, disconnection.

That’s why it can feel like you were “fine”… and then a conversation, a memory, a holiday, a relationship dynamic, a smell, a season—flips the switch.

Why “integration” is the missing piece (and why it finally sticks)

When you address all four bodies together, you stop playing whack-a-mole. You stop “fixing” one area while another area is quietly hijacking the system.

Integration can look surprisingly simple:

  • Start with foundational biology (often minerals first)

  • Support nervous system regulation (low and slow—no forcing)

  • Work with thought loops + trauma patterning (rewire what’s been rehearsed)

  • Restore spiritual connection (nectar, meaning, belonging)

  • Shift energetic imprints and build coherence in the field

When you approach healing this way, it becomes less like “trying harder,” and more like… coming home.

A grounded next step (if you want to stop guessing)

If your body is waving its little red flags and you’re done guessing, start with the mineral foundation. Order the Body Wisdom Mineral Analysis™ (HTMA) here: Body Wisdom Mineral Analysis™ Test.

When you purchase the test you also receive access to the BWMA membership portal with educational videos, a guide to help interpret results, the option to purchase a custom mineral blend, and more.
